A: Absolutely! We’re one of Canada’s licensed distributors for GTX Face Paint. You can pick up your order in Moncton, or we’ll ship it anywhere in Canada.

A: I carry 60g and 120g containers, plus accessories like sponges, brushes, and containers to build your perfect kit.

A: 100%! GTX is beginner-friendly and pro-approved. If you’re upgrading your costume kit or starting your artist journey, you’ll love these colors.

Q: What shipping options are available for GTX?
A: We offer local pickup in Moncton, plus Canada-wide shipping via courier. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Q: Do you ship across Canada?
A: Yes! Shipping is currently available across Canada. We offer flat rate shipping, and free shipping on orders over $175.

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?

A: No, sorry, eh!

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Sure do! I offer free local pickup in Moncton, NB. You'll see that option at checkout and I’ll send a message with pickup details once your order is ready.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way!

Q: What if something arrives damaged?
A: If your product arrives damaged or something’s wrong, please email me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. I’ll work with you to make it right.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: For hygiene and safety, all face paint products are final sale. If there's an issue with your order, contact me and I’ll do my best to help.
